Own the full sales cycle for residential hardscape projects at Coastal Paver Creations in Orlando, from lead contact to close. The role includes in-home consultations, measuring, estimating, and closing jobs with company-provided leads. You'll work alongside a family-owned team that values long-term relationships. What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct in-home consultations with company-provided leads to understand customer needs.
- 2Prospect for new business through networking and referrals to grow your pipeline.
- 3Measure project sites and prepare accurate estimates using hardscape industry standards.
- 4Recommend hardscape solutions from pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living options.
- 5Close residential projects and follow up on proposals to secure commitments.
- 6Maintain CRM records and coordinate project handoffs with operations for smooth execution.
Requirements5
- 13+ years of outside sales experience in home improvement, landscaping, or construction.
- 2Hardscape experience required, including materials and installation methods.
- 3Proven ability to close high-ticket residential projects.
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 5Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
