You will own outside sales for Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control across Orlando and Central Florida, meeting with homeowners to sell tailored pest and lawn solutions. You'll drive revenue through in-home consultations, building partnerships with local service companies, and networking at events. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct in-home sales presentations with CRM tools, diagnosing customer needs and closing on pest control solutions.

- 4Hit monthly sales targets using a strategic territory plan for customer acquisition.
- 5Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, logging every interaction in CRM software.
- 6Track sales activities, customer interactions, and partnership data in CRM to refine territory strategy.
- 7Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and home service advancements to recommend the right products.
- 8Represent the brand at trade shows and local events to expand market presence and generate leads.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in outside sales, ideally in pest, termite, or lawn care.
- 2Proven presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- 3Self-starter who works independently and manages a flexible schedule.
- 4Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
