What You'll Do7
- 1Prospect and qualify commercial accounts through cold calls, networking, and site visits to build a pipeline of 50+ opportunities per month.
- 2Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties, identifying pest risks and documenting conditions with mobile tools.
- 3Craft tailored pest control solutions and present pricing estimates to decision-makers within 24 hours of the initial visit.
- 4Negotiate contracts and close deals with property managers, facility directors, and business owners to meet monthly sales targets.
- 5Maintain a CRM with accurate notes and follow-ups, ensuring 100% of leads are contacted within one business day.
- 6Collaborate with the operations team to schedule service start dates and ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
- 7Represent Arrow Exterminators at industry events and chamber of commerce meetings to expand your referral network.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in outside sales or B2B business development, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- 2Valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle in the Atlanta metro area.
- 3Ability to walk, climb, and crawl in various weather conditions, including confined spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
- 4Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex pest issues in simple terms for clients.
- 5Basic math proficiency for calculating square footage and pricing estimates.
