Requirements10
- 1Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales
- 2Experience mentoring or training others in sales
- 3Ability to present clearly to 1-on-1 or group settings
- 4Strong organizational skills and CRM usage
- 5Desire to serve and support others
- 6Health & Life general lines license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 7Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce
- 9Coachable and positive attitude
- 10Strong time management and communication skills
