Ellie Mental Health seeks a full-time Outpatient Therapist to own a caseload of 25+ client visits weekly at our Fishers, IN clinic. You will evaluate mental health diagnoses, craft treatment plans, and deliver personalized therapy while our dedicated teams handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing. What You'll Do7
- 1Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans using DSM-5 criteria.
- 2Deliver 25+ client visits weekly, scheduling 30 to maintain target caseload.
- 3Document each session with progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in EHR within 24 hours.
- 4Collaborate with case managers, families, and school personnel to coordinate comprehensive care.
- 5Collect co-pays and manage weekly billing tasks to ensure timely insurance claim processing.
- 6Attend weekly clinical staff meetings and training to stay current on best practices.
- 7Use creative interventions to help clients exceed therapy goals across diverse populations.
Requirements7
- 1Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college.
- 2Clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Indiana.
- 3Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- 4Proficiency with EHR systems and typical office technology.
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
- 6Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
- 7Pass a background check and provide timely documentation.
