What You'll Do5
- 1Build and implement treatment plans evaluate diagnoses and conduct ongoing documentation per company policy
- 2Target caseload of minimum 25 client visits per week run weekly billing collect co-pays and follow up on outstanding balances
- 3Prepare and submit session documentation coordinate services with case managers families work personnel medical personnel and school staff attend clinical meetings and training
- 4Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- 5Coordinate with external providers and manage credentialing costs
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field from accredited college
- 2Associate clinical licensure LMHCA LSW AMFT
- 3Experience with DAs treatment plans and clinical case notes
- 4Effective written and verbal communication skills boundary modeling timely documentation submission
- 5General knowledge of therapy services community resources insurance billing and mental health documentation
