- 1Direct and coordinate pharmacy services

- 3Operate within pharmacy policy and procedures
- 4Ensure compliance with drug programs and adverse event monitoring
- 5Document and report clinical interventions and medication errors
- 6Participate in quality improvement efforts
- 7Follow all board and regulatory agency policies
- 8Lead medication distribution across ambulatory care center
- 9Optimize drug therapy through identification and prevention of drug related problems
- 10Provide patient care according to state and federal regulations
- 11May prescribe medications under collaborative drug therapy management agreements
Requirements5
- 1Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy license
- 2Massachusetts controlled substances registration
- 32-3 years pharmacist experience preferred
- 4Knowledge of neonatal adolescent adult geriatric patient growth and development
- 5Ability to assess patient data relative to age specific needs
