What You'll Do11
- 1Assist team in placing all products in correct staging lanes for shipment
- 2Verify completed orders in ERP systems to arrange shipments
- 3Ensure packaged products meet Latham Pool Products packaging standards
- 4Marshal finished goods from production to storage to staging areas
- 5Coordinate international shipping logistics
- 6Maintain clean organized workspace adhering to safety policies
- 7Adhere to quality assurance programs and company procedures
- 8Perform data entry with attention to detail
- 9Handle heavy lifting tasks as needed
- 10Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- 11Multi-task, prioritize workload, and generate reports as required
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED with 3 years shipping warehouse experience
- 2Experience creating bills of landing
- 3Ability to lift heavy objects
- 4Forklift license or quick qualification potential
- 53-5 years relevant experience
- 63-5 seasons of prior seasonal work
