Oracle P2P Integration Senior Consultant
Overview
Own Oracle Procure to Pay implementation and integration initiatives at scale within a government and public services portfolio. Collaborate with client business and IT stakeholders to define future-state P2P processes enabled by Oracle Cloud and drive design decisions across procurement, payables, and related finance workflows. Lead workstreams through build, test, deployment, and stabilization while coordinating with client teams and Deloitte colleagues on integrations and downstream impacts. Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to deliverable development to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a hybrid US delivery center model.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle P2P solutions including procurement operations, supplier processes, and invoice processing
- 2Gather requirements and define future-state P2P processes enabled by Oracle Cloud
- 3Drive solution design decisions and process improvements across Oracle Procurement, Payables, approvals, receiving, and reporting
- 4Lead workstreams through build, test, deployment, stabilization with milestone accountability and status reporting
- 5Coordinate with client teams, third parties, and Deloitte teams on integrations and downstream system impacts related to Oracle ERP Cloud
- 6Support testing activities, defect resolution, cutover planning, training, and documentation updates
- 7Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to deliverable development within scope and budget
- 8Manage day-to-day execution and ensure quality of deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- 9Maintain strong client relationships and effective communication to guide project outcomes
- 10Provide clear guidance to team members to achieve project milestones
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree
- 24+ years of Oracle implementation experience in consulting or industry with depth in Procure-to-Pay
- 3Experience leading at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
- 42+ years in business process design, requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and deployment support
- 5Hybrid work model with travel up to 10% and relocation within 12 weeks if necessary
