What You'll Do8

- 2Assist the optometrist with basic eye tests and procedures, including auto-refraction and visual field screening.
- 3Gather and record patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.
- 4Prepare exam rooms and equipment, ensuring everything is clean and ready for each patient.
- 5Support the team with scheduling, phone calls, and administrative tasks to keep the office flowing.
- 6Maintain a clean and organized office environment, with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
- 7Learn and apply optical measurement tools under supervision, building your skills daily.
- 8Communicate with patients about exam procedures and follow-up steps clearly and kindly.
