What You'll Do7

- 2Perform preliminary testing and document patient data accurately before the remote physician consultation.
- 3Brief the remote OD on patient history and key findings to support diagnosis and care plans.
- 4Transition patients to the sales floor and share insights with associates so they can recommend products that fit each patient's needs.
- 5Maintain exam lanes by restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and troubleshooting telehealth gear.
- 6Answer phones and coordinate appointments to keep patient flow seamless.
- 7Support daily operational tasks to hit patient experience goals for the store.
Requirements5
