What You'll Do9
- 1Direct all CEI operations across Florida, ensuring project compliance and profitability.
- 2Mentor and manage Professional Engineers, Resident Engineers, and Project Managers to exceed performance goals.
- 3Serve as the FDOT expert, guiding teams on specifications and quality assurance.
- 4Oversee multiple highway, bridge, and transit projects simultaneously.
- 5Build and maintain strong relationships with FDOT leadership and local stakeholders.
- 6Support business development, including proposals and market expansion.
- 7Review project metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- 8Lead staffing, succession planning, and professional development.
- 9Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 215+ years in transportation engineering and CEI services.
- 3Extensive FDOT project experience.
- 4Deep knowledge of FDOT specifications and contract management.
- 5Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- 6Track record managing large-scale projects.
- 7Strong communication and client management skills.
- 8Established network in Florida transportation.
- 9Preferred: PE license or CEI leadership experience.
