Online Order Filling Team Supervisor
Overview
You will lead a team of online order fillers at a high-volume Walmart Supercenter, owning order accuracy and on-time dispense across all digital channels. You will coordinate daily workflows, manage substitutions, and resolve customer issues, ensuring every order meets quality standards before pickup. Your team relies on Walmart's internal systems and mobile devices to scan, pick, and stage orders efficiently. This role offers $21.50-$34.50 per hour plus performance incentives and access to Live Better U for paid education. You will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational metrics in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead a team of online order fillers to meet daily order volume and accuracy targets, using handheld scanners and Walmart systems.
- 2Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and staged within time windows, adjusting priorities as needed.
- 3Review orders for accuracy, making product substitutions and contacting customers to confirm changes.
- 4Train new associates on pick path procedures, safety protocols, and Walmart technology.
- 5Resolve customer issues promptly, including order discrepancies and pickup delays, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- 6Coordinate with other departments to manage inventory availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
- 7Track performance metrics such as pick rate and substitution rate, providing coaching to improve results.
- 8Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and safety standards, conducting audits and maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 5Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 6Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 7Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- 8Experience with online order fulfillment or e-commerce operations is a plus.
