Online Order Filling Team Supervisor
Overview
You will lead a team of online order fillers to meet daily order volume targets at Walmart Supercenter #1601 in Carmel, IN. You will balance speed and accuracy while managing substitutions and customer hand-offs. Your team runs on Walmart's internal systems, which you will master and use to track performance. You will own the entire online grocery picking and dispense operation, from scheduling to quality audits.

- 4Coach associates on proper lifting and staging techniques to reduce damage and injuries.
- 5Manage the dispensing area to keep traffic flowing, ensuring drivers load orders quickly.
- 6Onboard new hires on handheld scanners and pick carts, cutting ramp-up time by 2 days.
- 7Run daily huddles to review metrics like pick rate and substitution rate, and shift labor to bottlenecks.
- 8Solve order issues in real time, rerouting picks or adjusting breaks to hit cutoffs.
Requirements6
- 11+ years leading a team in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment.
- 2Experience with order management systems or inventory software.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 5CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- 6Flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
