Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Gynecologic Oncology
Overview
You will own oncology patient care at a Bronx, NY facility from 09/23/2026 to 11/25/2026, managing gynecologic oncology cases with EPIC documentation. You join a collaborative clinical team and report directly to the attending oncologist. This contract role offers a Days shift, with full Medical Benefits, Travel Reimbursement, and Housing Stipends where applicable. What You'll Do7
- 1Own gynecologic oncology patient assessments and treatment plans using EPIC.
- 2Administer chemotherapy and manage symptom side effects.
- 3Coordinate with the oncology care team and document patient progress.
- 4Educate patients and families on diagnosis and care protocols.
- 5Respond to patient emergencies and adjust treatments.
- 6Ensure compliance with BLS and facility protocols.
- 7Deliver quality care and document accurately in EPIC.
Requirements5
- 1Hold a Nurse Practitioner License for NY or Compact.
- 2Have 1 year of oncology experience, preferably gynecologic oncology.
- 3Maintain BLS certification.
- 4Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC.
- 5Commit to quality care and follow client legal and client protocols.
