  • 3Analyze hospital and physician claims to determine patient responsibility and coordinate supplemental financial support
  • 4Communicate with Medical Oncology teams to resolve verification and registration issues
  • 5Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-system navigation for tracking patient financial assistance
  • 6Ensure HIPAA compliance while managing sensitive patient financial data
