Overview
Lead ALL4's Philadelphia Region as the Office Leader, owning strategic decisions for client management, staffing, business development, and financial performance of the region. Oversee an established team of environmental professionals and drive growth of service offerings for existing clients and new opportunities. Collaborate with the Northeast Regional Director and Executive Leadership Team to align office goals with company objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Drive office growth by expanding service offerings for existing clients and identifying new business opportunities across the region.
- 2Develop and manage the annual key performance metrics for the Philadelphia Office, reporting status to Regional Director and Executive Leadership Team.
- 3Mentor project managers to build strong client relationships that generate repeat business.
- 4Identify, assess, and close business opportunities following ALL4's business development process.
- 5Establish relationships with regional regulatory organizations and provide strategic analysis of environmental regulations.
- 6Grow top-line revenue, maintain revenue management targets, and meet annual utilization goals per the financial plan.
- 7Develop staff technical expertise and mentor junior staff in line with ALL4's Core Values.
- 8Foster a culture that embodies ALL4 Core Values, encouraging feedback and celebrating accomplishments.
- 9Collaborate with corporate leaders on recruiting, marketing, and sales, and coordinate office participation in trade groups.
- 10Conduct regular office meetings and participate in quarterly financial reviews with Regional Director and Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements10
- 110+ years of experience in an environmental technical discipline with an engineering or applicable science degree.
- 2Strong understanding of the consulting business model and ability to define, predict, and manage financial performance.
- 3Established track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities and growing accounts into long-term clients.
- 4Proven ability to expand existing client relationships into new service areas and geographic locations.
- 5Consistent success coordinating and mentoring project managers and other coordinators.
- 6Demonstrated ability to identify and develop future leaders.
- 7Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong decision-making skills.
- 8Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams and problem-solve through complex situations.
- 9Experienced in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining successful, self-directed environmental consultants.
- 10Acute attention to detail and proficiency with project management and business operations systems.
