Office Coordinator, Atlanta Office - Braven
Overview
Braven seeks an Office Coordinator for the Atlanta office to manage daily operations for a growing nonprofit team. You will oversee facilities, vendor relations, and administrative support within a collaborative People & Operations function. This role partners with finance, IT, and program staff to ensure a secure, welcoming, and productive work environment. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain daily facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and security to support a healthy, safe, and productive office
- 2Design and coordinate staff events and training logistics such as room setup, catering, and on-site support
- 3Liaise with vendors and IT to troubleshoot routine issues and ensure reliable office equipment and services
- 4Own administrative tasks for event scheduling, office supply management, and facility coordination in Atlanta
- 5Drive continuous improvement by analyzing office processes and incorporating feedback to enhance efficiency
- 6Scale support for monthly reconciliations, rent payments, and budget tracking in collaboration with the finance team
- 7Lead point of contact for all Atlanta office matters and foster an inclusive office culture
- 8Collaborate on budget governance and vendor management to optimize costs and service levels
- 9Support in-person collaboration by coordinating office space usage and scheduling across teams
- 10Provide onsite support for special projects and events, ensuring smooth execution
Requirements10
- 12 years of office management or administrative experience
- 2Proficient in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Associate's degree or higher in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
- 43+ years of experience in office management or related role (preferred)
- 5Strong organizational and communication skills
- 6Experience with project management or team leadership (advantageous)
- 7Customer service mindset with ability to engage a diverse community
- 8Ability to manage up to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- 9Demonstrated commitment to inclusive culture and Braven values
- 10Authorized to work in the U.S.
