What You'll Do6
- 1Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist for Medicare patients.
- 2Deliver therapy services as prescribed, adapting to patient needs and home environments.
- 3Monitor and document patient progress after each visit, ensuring accurate records.
- 4Collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
- 5Maintain timely documentation in Kinnser and comply with Medicare guidelines and company policies.
- 6Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities for daily living.
Requirements6
- 1Valid OTA license in the state of Florida.
- 21+ years experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
- 4Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- 5Familiarity with Kinnser or similar home health EMR systems is preferred.
- 6Current CPR certification and reliable transportation for home visits.
