Requirements8
- 1Graduate from an approved clinical education program
- 2State licensure as a licensed therapy assistant
- 3Minimum one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- 5Current CPR certification
- 6Experience in Medicare home health or hospice preferred
- 7Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- 8Ability to operate mobile devices independently
