What You'll Do7
- 1Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home
- 2Perform evaluations develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment
- 3Deliver therapy sessions supporting patient wellness longevity and functional independence
- 4Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system following regulatory standards
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of PTs OTs SLPs and fitness specialists
- 6Educate patients caregivers and senior living staff on safety function and aging in place
- 7Offer telehealth virtual care when appropriate to increase accessibility
Requirements8
- 1Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one
- 23-5 years of experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Proven ability to create and manage personal treatment schedules
- 4Strong communication skills for patient education and caregiver collaboration
- 5Experience with EMR systems and documentation compliance
- 6Ability to perform CPR and lift weights as required
- 7Physical stamina to exert medium effort lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 8Commitment to delivering culturally competent care in diverse settings
