What You'll Do7
- 1Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home
- 2Perform evaluations develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment
- 3Deliver therapy sessions supporting patient wellness longevity and functional independence
- 4Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of PTs OTs SLPs and Fitness Specialists
- 6Educate patients caregivers and senior living staff to promote safety function and aging in place
- 7Provide telehealth virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certified
- 3AWS Certified professional
- 45+ years developing geriatric house calls using Geriatric House Calls model
- 53-5 seasons experience in senior living communities
Salary Insight
$70 - $105k per year
