What You'll Do10
- 1Build patient treatment plans and goals to improve activities of daily living
- 2Design and implement therapy programs for post acute patients and others as referred by physicians
- 3Lead and supervise OTAs Rehab Aides and students to ensure care quality
- 4Collaborate with nursing therapy and medical staff to coordinate patient care
- 5Document progress and utilize therapy software to maintain accurate records
- 6Deliver high quality patient care with professional demeanor and customer service
- 7Assist in patient evacuation when needed
- 8Maintain attendance and reliability
- 9Engage in interdisciplinary team communication to support discharge planning
- 10Ensure compliance with laws regulations and Life Care standards
Requirements7
- 1nbcot certified upon hire with renewal optional
- 2graduate of BSOT or MSOT from an accredited program
- 3licensed or registered in the applicable state and maintain good standing
- 4CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and current throughout employment
- 5one year of experience preferred or new grads welcome to apply
- 6proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and email
- 7ability to read write and understand English
