The Occupational Therapist will assess and guide patients toward independence in daily living activities at a 72-bed transitional rehabilitation facility with a luxury-resort atmosphere. You will work under the supervision of the Rehab Director, contributing to patient-centered plans and interprofessional collaboration. What You'll Do6
- 1Provide treatment in accordance with established standards of practice and patient goals
- 2Conduct screenings for guests newly admitted to the facility
- 3Coordinate treatment plans with the guest, family, and other team members
- 4Implement and monitor treatment as outlined in the plan
- 5Modify treatment based on patient response and progress
- 6Collaborate with Rehab Director and interprofessional team to optimize outcomes
