What You'll Do7
- 1Build and implement OT treatment plans for activities of daily living
- 2Oversee and evaluate care provided by OTAs Rehab Aides and students
- 3Chart appropriately and timely and utilize therapy software accurately
- 4Collaborate with patients families and departments to plan for patient needs
- 5Display professionalism and maintain confidentiality while complying with company policies
- 6Demonstrate dependable attendance and contribute to an interdisciplinary team
- 7Establish assess and adjust functional goals within post acute care setting
Requirements5
- 1NBCOT certified upon hire
- 2Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy BSOT or MSOT
- 3Currently registered and licensed in the applicable state
- 4One year of experience preferred but new grads welcome
- 5CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current
