What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ICF frameworks
- 3Conduct comprehensive evaluations utilizing Neuropsychological assessments
- 4Collaborate with educators and families to create holistic care strategies
- 5Train junior staff in evidence-based practices
- 6Maintain accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations
- 7Scale successful interventions across multiple classrooms
- 8Drive continuous improvement through outcome data analysis
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in pediatric occupational therapy
- 23-5 seasons leading multidisciplinary teams
- 3Valid Occupational Therapist license
- 4Proficiency in Electronic Health Records systems
- 5Bilingual skills in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
- 6Background check clearance required before employment
