Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in occupational therapy practice
- 2Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- 3Current California Occupational Therapist License
- 4Certified Occupational Therapist (COT) credential
- 5Proven ability to function effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership model
- 6Strong communication skills for patient and family education
- 7Experience with EMR systems including Kaiser Permanente platforms
- 8Familiarity with UCSF and AAPOS guidelines
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 10Commitment to evidence-based practice in outpatient and inpatient settings
