What You'll Do7
- 1Manage an assigned caseload of approximately 70 students delivering direct services to 30‑40 on a rotating schedule
- 2Conduct comprehensive evaluations and actively participate in ARD meetings
- 3Deliver consultative and direct therapy aligned with individualized education plans
- 4Maintain accurate documentation and records per district procedures
- 5Collaborate with teachers counselors and support staff within the assigned zone
- 6Travel between six to seven schools daily to provide consistent care
- 7Drive therapeutic outcomes through evidence‑based interventions
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in school‑based occupational therapy
- 2Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- 3AWS Certified for cloud solutions preferred
- 4CPC Card certification mandatory
- 5BCBA credential valued
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Valid Texas occupational therapy license and completed fingerprinting background check
- 8Reliable vehicle for commuting between schools
- 9Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple caseloads
- 10Effective communication with diverse families and educators
