Occupational Therapist, School-Based OT in AZ
Overview
OT to provide school-based therapy services for K-12 in a public school setting. You will support physical, sensory, self-care development and help students achieve IEP goals at scale. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and educational teams. You will deliver individual, group, and consultative therapy models and maintain documentation. This role emphasizes pediatric neurodevelopmental approaches and IDEA compliance.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and conduct assessments of fine motor, visual motor, perceptual, sensory motor, and self-care skills
- 2Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and families
- 3Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals
- 4Deliver therapy sessions in individual, group, or consultative formats based on IEP needs
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to track outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 2NBCOT certification
- 3Valid State OT License
- 4Experience in pediatrics and sensory integration (preferred)
- 5CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

$70 - $100k per year
