Nutrition Program Supervisor - OCES Boston
Overview
OCES is expanding to 11 new towns across the south shore while supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities. The Nutrition Program Supervisor will oversee congregate meal sites and Home Delivered Meals ensuring healthy safe living and community engagement. What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with internal billing processes as needed
- 2Coordinate delivery schedules routes and personnel
- 3Develop and recommend program improvements
- 4Ensure consumer satisfaction standards are met
- 5Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
- 6Generate and update program related reports
- 7Manage updated inventory of equipment needed in department and meal sites
- 8Monitor meal operations to ensure health and safety standards
- 9Oversee staff training supervision scheduling and evaluation
- 10Perform bi-annual meal-site inspections
- 11Review and approve invoices for meals and supplies
Requirements10
- 1Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2Strong organizational analytical and problem solving abilities
- 3Proficiency with statistical and financial data
- 4Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- 5Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Human Services preferred
- 6Three years experience in community or elder service programs
- 7Personal computer with secure internet access
- 8Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 9Must obtain appropriate food safety certifications
- 10Reliable transportation available
