Overview
Registered Nurse leading consultative nursing services within a specialized clinical area. Serve as patient advocate providing emotional support and home care instructions. Participate in staff and community education supporting outreach programs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise multidisciplinary team providing patient advocacy and emotional support
- 2Deliver ongoing staff and community education initiatives
- 3Implement outpatient programs and coordinate care delivery
- 4Manage complex pediatric cases including acute care scenarios
- 5Develop and execute treatment plans aligned with specialist goals
- 6Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient management
- 7Provide training for nursing staff on new protocols and technologies
- 8Maintain accurate patient records and documentation standards
- 9Conduct home visits when appropriate to assess patient needs
- 10Lead quality improvement projects within clinical setting
- 11Mentor junior nurses through formal and informal teaching approaches
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 3Licensed RN in Michigan
- 4Specialty certification preferred by professional organization
- 5Two years clinical nursing experience including one year specialization
- 6Two to three years pediatric nursing experience including one year specialization
- 7Pediatric acute care experience preferred
- 8Proven ability to work in high-pressure medical environments
- 9Excellent communication skills for patient and family interactions
- 10Strong analytical abilities for interpreting complex medical data
