What You'll Do6

- 2Bridge administration and nursing management to drive unit-level decisions and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- 3Supervise nursing care during assigned shifts, ensuring treatment meets BLS and ACLS standards.
- 4Monitor staff performance with real-time feedback, annual evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
- 5Assume direct patient care to build trust and understand physical, mental, and emotional recovery goals.

Requirements6
- 1Current RN licensure per state regulations.
- 2BLS certification, with ACLS to be obtained within one year of hire.
- 3CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of eligibility.
- 4Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- 52+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last five years.
- 6Previous leadership role (charge nurse or lead) with accountability for reporting, issue resolution, and staff results.
