What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and implement personalized patient care programs policies and procedures
- 2Act as liaison between administration nursing management and staff
- 3Supervise nursing care treatment and services during shifts or assigned units

- 5Assist patients by understanding their physical mental and emotional needs

- 7Drive operational excellence across multiple nationwide facilities
- 8Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
- 9Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements9
- 1Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- 2BLS certification with ACLS certification within one year of start date
- 3CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
- 4Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- 5Two years of recent experience in inpatient hospital settings
- 6Previous leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity
- 7Proven ability to handle interim reporting issue resolution and direction setting
- 8Strong accountability for patient and staff results
