Requirements10
- 1Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- 2BLS certification with ACLS certification within one year
- 3CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
- 4Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 5Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- 6Previous leadership role with accountability for patient and staff outcomes
- 7Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- 8Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments
- 9Commitment to continuous professional development
- 10Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with patients
