Nurse Supervisor, Inpatient Rehabilitation
Overview

What You'll Do6
- 1Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures during assigned shifts.
- 2Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff to drive alignment.

- 4Monitor staff performance, provide real-time feedback, conduct annual evaluations, and address performance issues.

Requirements6
- 1Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- 2BLS certification, with ACLS to be obtained within one year.
- 3CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of eligibility.
- 4Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- 5Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience (within the last five years).
- 6Previous leadership role (charge nurse or lead) with accountability for reporting, issue resolution, and results.
