Overview

Own the clinical compliance and program execution for long-term care settings at PharmcareUSA. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation requirements. This role supports flexible, part-time engagement in the Charlotte area. You will teach and empower staff to implement clinical service processes in home and institutional settings. What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and evaluate clinical programs that meet community needs
  • 2Teach and mentor staff to implement home and institutional clinical processes
  • 3Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards
  • 4Support assessments and ensure accuracy in medication-related documentation
  • 5Serve as a coach and advisor for department staff with no direct supervisory duties

Requirements5

  • 1RN license in good standing with the Board of Nursing
  • 2Knowledge of State, Federal, Local, ACHC, and OSHA rules and regulations
  • 3Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • 4Ability to plan organize implement and evaluate clinical programs
  • 5Ability to travel to locations and occasionally work evenings or weekends
