Overview
Own the clinical compliance and program execution for long-term care settings at PharmcareUSA. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation requirements. This role supports flexible, part-time engagement in the Charlotte area. You will teach and empower staff to implement clinical service processes in home and institutional settings. What You'll Do5

Requirements5
- 1RN license in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- 2Knowledge of State, Federal, Local, ACHC, and OSHA rules and regulations
- 3Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- 4Ability to plan organize implement and evaluate clinical programs
- 5Ability to travel to locations and occasionally work evenings or weekends
