Nurse Aesthetic Injector Trainer & Mentor Program, RN Training Pathway
Overview
This role owns a structured Training and Mentorship Pathway in aesthetic medicine at Karma Aesthetics and Wellness in Phoenix, AZ. You will participate in a two day hands-on foundations training, then a 30 day mentorship with live model injections and ongoing skill development. The program builds clinical confidence in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, patient assessment, and treatment planning. Top performers may transition to a 1099 Aesthetic Injector position after successful completion.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead a 2-day hands-on aesthetic injector training with live model experience
- 2Perform aesthetic injections under supervision including neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments
- 3Assist with patient consultations and help develop treatment plans to meet client goals
- 4Provide clear pre and post treatment education to promote safety and satisfaction
- 5Maintain documentation of treatments, patient history, photos, and consent forms
- 6Support clinic operations including treatment room setup sanitation and safety protocol adherence
- 7Build injection technique confidence, treatment planning and patient communication through mentorship
- 8Deliver high level customer service to create a welcoming professional client experience
- 9Participate in a 30-day mentorship with model appointments shadowing and ongoing skill development
- 10Explore ongoing opportunities for live model appointments shadowing and skill expansion
Requirements10
- 1Active Registered Nurse RN license required
- 2No prior aesthetic injector experience required this is training based
- 3Strong interest in medical aesthetics and cosmetic procedures
- 4Willingness to learn in a fast paced clinical environment
- 5Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with clients
- 6Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- 7Prior healthcare customer service or sales experience is a plus
- 8Familiarity with social media or personal branding is beneficial but not required
- 9Capacity to participate in a 4,000 investment training program with financing options
- 10Ability to work onsite in Phoenix AZ
