Overview
Own patient-facing aesthetic injections at a top MedSpa with an established 21-year reputation. You will perform neurotoxin and HA filler injections for diverse clients in a high-end setting. You’ll work within a collaborative team across Carmel West / Zionsville and Fishers locations. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, competitive commission, and opportunities for continuing education to maintain cutting-edge skills.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and perform neurotoxin and HA filler injections with safety and precision
- 2Deliver consistent aesthetic results that meet patient goals and maintain clinic reputation
- 3Collaborate with the medical team to develop treatment plans and aftercare guidance
- 4Maintain accurate patient records and comply with medical and clinic policies
- 5Backfill at Fishers location as needed to support client flow and scheduling
- 6Participate in occasional evenings until 6 PM to accommodate client demand
- 7Contribute to a positive, low-stress, family-style clinic culture
- 8Support continuing education and skill development to stay ahead in aesthetics
- 9Ensure clean, compliant, and organized treatment rooms and equipment
Requirements8
- 13+ years of advanced experience injecting neurotoxins and HA fillers
- 2Valid RN, NP, or PA license with relevant certifications
- 3Strong artistic eye for aesthetics and patient-focused care
- 4Comfort with flexible evenings and occasional Saturdays
- 5Experience in a high-end medispa or cosmetic dermatology setting preferred
- 6Ability to work across multiple office locations (Carmel West / Zionsville, Fishers)
- 7Excellent communication and patient education skills
- 8Commitment to safety, privacy, and sterile technique
