What You'll Do10
- 1Build personalized treatment plans after detailed consultations and execute aesthetic injectables including Botox and dermal fillers
- 2Educate clients on options, outcomes, aftercare, and expectations to drive informed decisions and conversions
- 3Foster long-term patient relationships and deliver a high-touch experience as a trusted face of the medspa
- 4Support patient retention through proactive follow-ups, relationship management, and outstanding service
- 5Maintain precise clinical documentation and adhere to safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
- 6Stay current with trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine and apply them to patient care
- 7Contribute to brand growth through patient engagement and social media presence
- 8Represent the practice professionally, confidently, and in alignment with luxury patient experience
- 9Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to optimize treatment messaging and outcomes
- 10Assist in education and mentoring of junior staff and peers as needed
Requirements10
- 1Active RN, NP, or PA license
- 2Proven aesthetic injector with strong injection skills and neurotoxins and dermal fillers experience
- 3Hands-on experience with: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and facial anatomy for aesthetic planning
- 4Strong consultation and sales skills with ability to convert leads into treatments
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetics
- 6Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver a luxury patient experience
- 7Existing social media presence or ability to build a professional aesthetic brand preferred
- 8Ability to work onsite in Livermore, CA with a professional demeanor
- 9Prior experience in medical spa, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery setting preferred
- 10Commitment to safety, sanitation, and compliance in a medical aesthetics environment
