What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain reliable delivery routes across local and regional markets

- 3Load and secure freight complying with DOT regulations
- 4Maintain accurate inventory records during receiving and stockroom organization
- 5Perform physical tasks requiring strength such as lifting 50-100 lbs of material
- 6Drive Class C non-commercial vehicle with manual transmission
- 7Ship products to job sites while adhering to delivery timeframes
- 8Receive merchandise at warehouse and coordinate immediate storage
- 9Assist with load distribution planning for each delivery day
- 10Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and DOT standards
- 11Collaborate with team to improve operational efficiency
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with box truck delivery operations
- 2Current DOT medical card and clean driving record
- 3Ability to lift 50-100 lbs daily with occasional lifting over 100 lbs
- 4Valid CDL Class C or equivalent non-commercial license
- 5Experience with Spark and Airflow platforms preferred
- 6Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- 7Must be at least 21 years old
- 8Pass background check and DOT drug screening
- 9Valid work authorization for Kansas City location
- 10Strong communication skills for customer interactions
