You will handle 50-100+ lb loads with a helper, cover routes around Murfreesboro, TN, and return home daily. What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver materials safely and efficiently to job sites within the local area, using GPS and route apps.
- 2Communicate professionally with store dispatchers and contractors to coordinate delivery schedules.
- 3Maintain the truck and equipment in top condition, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- 4Keep an accurate electronic log of hours and deliveries using ELD software.
- 5Lift and position items weighing 50-100+ lbs, often multiple times per shift.
- 6Coordinate with a helper to ensure timely and safe unloading and placement of materials.
- 7Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to maintain a clean driving record.
- 8Adapt to changing delivery priorities based on store and contractor needs.
Requirements9
- 12+ years of verifiable box truck delivery experience.
- 22+ years of clean driving history with no tickets, fines, citations, or infractions.
- 3Valid class D driver's license.
- 4Current medical card or ability to obtain one.
- 5State-issued motor vehicle driving history dated within the last 30 days.
- 6At least 25 years of age.
- 7Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- 8Reliable transportation to and from work.
- 9Accurate and up-to-date accounting of last 10 years of work experience.
