What You'll Do20

- 2Partner with Night Operations ASMs for performance conversations
- 3Recognize top performers using BRAVO and Homer tools
- 4Conduct quality walks of completed tasks
- 5Walk stockroom areas to verify merchandising alignment
- 6Ensure all training requirements are met by associates
- 7Give input on associate performance and talent planning
- 8Assist with hiring and interview processes alongside SMs
- 9Approve and address missed punches and schedule changes
- 10Communicate store standards and company policies
- 11Prioritize tasks and relay information to all associates
- 12Enforce safety protocols and hazmat procedures
- 13Supervise Consistent Unload Directed Packout and Purge Pack down processes
- 14Execute quality walks to verify correct packout execution
- 15Manage truck and trailer receipt and unload timelines
- 16Pack out freight quickly and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness
- 17Maintain grand opening readiness at shift end
- 18Coordinate with managers on closing and daily priorities
- 19Validate equipment functionality and recommend repairs
- 20Review advertising and event plans for necessary actions
Requirements5
- 15+ years building freight replenishment systems using Spark and Airflow
- 21 Preferred years of experience with warehouse operations
- 35+ years ensuring safe material handling practices
- 43-5 seasons leading teams in fast-paced environments
- 5CPC Card certification preferred
