What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests and complete the registration process, assigning rooms and accommodating special requests.
- 2Verify payment methods and follow credit-checking procedures to finalize check-ins and check-outs.
- 3Maintain accurate room status reports and coordinate with housekeeping on room readiness and maintenance issues.
- 4Handle guest concerns and noise complaints, ensuring a quiet and secure environment.
- 5Perform the night audit checklist in the PMS, reconciling daily transactions and reports.
- 6Secure the building by walking the property and locking all entrances per safety protocols.
- 7Set up the breakfast area and support housekeeping tasks as needed during slower overnight hours.
- 8Keep the front desk, back office, and computer equipment clean and organized.
- 9Stay informed on daily events, hotel operations, and Hilton Honors loyalty program details.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- 2Proficiency with PMS software and standard office equipment.
- 3Food safety certification as required by state and brand standards.
- 4Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 5Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 6Basic math skills for handling cash and balancing reports.
- 7Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light cleaning tasks.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
