Night Auditor, Hospitality & Guest Services at My Place Hotels (Night Shift)
Overview
Own the night shift operations for guest services and night audit at a busy hotel. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries for a seamless experience at scale. Collaborate with a small on-site team to maintain front desk logs, cash handling, and property safety. This role offers growth through cross training and direct impact on guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build guest experiences by handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and recording charges accurately
- 2Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints with knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions
- 3Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash and call logs, and maintain required paperwork
- 4Keep Front Desk Log updated and review previous shift logs at shift start
- 5Perform light cleaning duties and ensure lobby, front desk, and housekeeping areas are tidy and stocked
- 6Adhere to safety and security protocols and report potential hazards
- 7Take on additional responsibilities as needed and be on call for hotel requirements

- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Positive, customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor
- 3Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to multitask and stay organized in a nocturnal shift
- 6Dependability and professionalism in a frontline role
- 7Attention to detail especially for financial records and guest information
- 8Availability to work 9pm - 7am
- 9Eligibility to work onsite at My Place Hotel Plainfield, IN
- 10Comfort with on-site duties including some cleaning and laundry
