We seek a motivated New Grad RN to join our team at Johns Hopkins Hospital. This role offers ownership of patient care across a 23-bed acute medical floor. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain IV drips and medication protocols for critical patients
- 2Administer antiarrhythmics dopamine nitroglycerin and heparin via PCA pumps
- 3Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- 4Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately
- 5Participate in continuing education and professional development
- 6Support unit operations through flexible scheduling and self-management
- 7Drive quality improvement initiatives within the clinical setting
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Associates Degree in nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- 3Active Maryland or Compact RN license
- 4BLS CPR certification
- 5BSN preferred for advancement
- 6Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
