Network System Engineer, Production Support
Overview
You own incident triage and service restoration for production environments at Apex Systems. You analyze batch flows, fix failures, and ensure proper batch completion. Collaborate with Level 2 support and engineering teams. You work onsite in Plano, TX or Chandler, AZ on a 12-month contract.
What You'll Do5
- 1Triage incidents and take ownership to restore service quickly.

- 3Engage in Level 2 production support tasks, including monitoring and escalation.
- 4Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring issues.
- 5Document root causes and preventative actions for incident resolution.
Requirements5
- 15+ years in network or system engineering with production support.
- 2Experience triaging and resolving incidents in a production environment.
- 3Strong knowledge of batch processing and flow analysis.
- 4Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- 5Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Salary Insight
$146 - $152k per year
