Overview
You will own network security operations for a global operations center in Richardson, TX, defending infrastructure with Palo Alto firewalls and IPSEC/SSL VPNs. You will join a team of security engineers and report to the security manager, managing incidents through Service Now and Panorama Dashboard. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain Palo Alto firewall rules and policies to protect production networks.
- 2Design and deploy IPSEC and SSL VPN tunnels for secure remote access.
- 3Configure and manage Panorama Dashboard for centralized firewall management and monitoring.
- 4Monitor PRISMA for threat detection and respond to security incidents.
- 5Resolve security incidents and service requests through Service Now within defined SLAs.
- 6Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent security posture across all regions.
- 7Document security configurations and procedures for operational continuity.
Requirements6
- 18+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
- 2Strong expertise in IPSEC and SSL VPN technologies.
