Network Request Fulfillment Project Manager
Overview
We seek a detail-oriented proactive Network Request Fulfillment Project Manager to lead network request fulfillment initiatives. This role supports project execution alongside the Project Lead while driving operational excellence across multiple locations.
What You'll Do15
- 1Assist the Lead in designing and implementing network fulfillment service requests
- 2Develop and maintain SOPs for handling network requests
- 3Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to meet SLAs
- 4Implement tools to support efficient request fulfillment
- 5Monitor KPIs and metrics to improve performance
- 6Oversee request fulfillment queue with proper prioritization
- 7Maintain knowledge base for common requests and solutions
- 8Provide performance reports to senior management
- 9Identify automation opportunities to streamline projects
- 10Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment services
- 11Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks
- 12Work effectively in cross-functional teams

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in technical management or related field
- 27+ years of relevant work experience
- 3TS/SCI clearance with polygraph requirement
- 4Understanding of networking concepts and best practices
- 5Proven leadership in IT project management
- 6Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems
- 7Experience with IT service management tools
- 8Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 9Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- 10Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary Insight
$90 - $190k per year
