Network Field Technician, Cisco Network Hardware & Field Deployments
Overview
Own onsite field support across a large enterprise network environment. Manage installation, racking, stacking, and patching of network hardware to spec, ensuring hardware installs are verified and labeled correctly. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to validate deployments and support network cutovers. Some after hours or weekend work may be required to support production windows. This role is customer facing and involves hands-on networking across Cisco switches and routers.
What You'll Do5

Requirements5
- 16+ months contract experience in network field support
- 2Active CCNA or higher required
- 3Hands on experience with Cisco switches and routers
- 4Clean driving record and ability to drive during business hours
- 5Strong customer service skills and ability to work in customer-facing role
Salary Insight
$33 - $40k per year
