Network Architect, Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Networking
Overview
You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructures for a large-scale transformation. Network Architect role owns the architecture across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring security and performance. You will lead technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires 10+ years of networking experience with deep expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto stacks, plus hands-on AWS and Azure cloud networking.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and deploy multi-site network architectures for Cisco and Juniper environments, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SD-WAN configurations.
- 2Implement and enforce security policies using Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, integrating with VPN and Zero Trust models.
- 3Lead the migration of on-premise networks to AWS and Azure, including VPC peering, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute.
- 4Drive network automation using Ansible and Python to reduce manual configuration errors and accelerate deployment cycles.
- 5Scale network monitoring and telemetry using SolarWinds, NetFlow, and PRTG to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- 6Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to align network design with application requirements and compliance standards.
- 7Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews to maintain best practices across the organization.
Requirements8
- 110+ years of hands-on network architecture experience in large-scale environments with Cisco and Juniper.
- 25+ years designing and deploying SD-WAN and MPLS solutions for multi-site enterprises.
- 3Deep expertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VLAN.
- 4Proven experience with Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, including PAN-OS and SmartConsole.
- 5Hands-on AWS and Azure cloud networking, including VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, and Azure VNet.
- 6Strong background in network automation with Ansible and Python, including API integration.
- 7Working knowledge of SolarWinds, NetFlow, and PRTG for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- 8Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
